(genre) savvvvvy mate!

Questions for shounen shows: when you have a blade at their neck or they are generally at your mercy, why do you tell them to not move? Just kill them and be done with it. Especially when you don't need information from them. If you ain't gonna kill them, they're still gonna kill you so...between the two of you, might as well right? I have so many questions while re watching Naruto. Like why are they attack in one direction? Why do they have so much exposition without dying? Why does Zabuza wear cow patterns on his arm warmers? Why are flashbacks all over the place and why does the opponent let them? How does Kakashi's hair stand up?

You know when a villain calls the guy and goes like HAHA my location is here and so is my hostage, come to this location to die you pathetic fool, this address is where I will kill her (no guy would be a good hostage) and I can just see you coming too late and your despairing face and all that, why do the hero always believe them? Like you know if you give them a wrong address, you could derail them for hourrrs ;D And you know that thing where the hero sees his rival at some distance location, then looks away because mostly likely his girl sidekick distracted him, and looks back to see the villain gone..I imagine the villain ducking down to create that dramatic effect and that mental image just totally ruins it XD lookingatyouyakumo
